Great post. I was checking continuously this blog and I’m impressed!
Extremely useful information particularly the last
part 🙂 I care for such information much. I was looking for this particular information for a very long
time. Thank you and best of luck.

There is no double standard. If Isaiah Washington can get fired over something so trivial, then Imus needed to get fired too.
Chew on THAT, all you losers who cry that homosexuality is the same as racism. Not on your life, friend.

By the way…the sport community was the first to say Don Imus had to go and let me tell you that if CBS hadn’t fired Imus they might have lost the NCAA champion games in the future…already congress is talking about Title 9 and was going to enforce it on CBS…so don’t think it was all about Jackson and Sharpton…they did not start the wheel turning…they’re the people the media put out there and said but when you have Sec of State Condolezza Rice saying “I’m glad Imus was fired.” and others you know it was a tidal storm that swept his ass out to sea in a week.
Like I said, buh bye. hope you like retirement.

I’m so tired of this double standard from the media. I don’t know of any person who can use, offensive, sexist, racist comments and keep their job.
As someone who have her Imus time and time again use his platform to bully people by demeaning them and/or denigrating them, it was time to go.
But the media is white washing this episode by not telling the whole truth!!!!!
If Don Imus had stop at the nappy headed ho, he maybe would have gotten away with a suspension but the rest of the conversation by his staff only got worse with calling those girls Jiggaboos and wanna bees for those white girls on the team.
Let us not forget that those girls were 17,18 & 19 year olds who were playing for the honor of their school in the NCAA Basketball champion although they didn’t win that night…it was their time to shine that day.
That idiot took away their accomplishment with his disgusting words throw out to make money for his show and ultimately for his advertisers and he should just STFU and take the consequences.
Like everybody said before, let the market decide well the market decided to pull their money out of his show. And if anybody didn’t know most of those companies either had Black CEO or Women CEO or Both on their boards or Senior management.
Now, Rush Linbergh and the rest of those clowns in the media who think it’s alright to continue to denigrate, demean people might think before they speak, you might just save a job….your own!!!!!

How come Chris Rock can go on Letterman and verbally tear apart Caucasian baseball hero Babe Ruth, comparing him negatively to African-Americans, and no one says anything? Racism is racism, no matter whose mouth it’s coming out of. The sooner we all learn that, the better.
