In fact, she’s been staying at the Paris apartment of Laurent Fleury, a successful French real estate broker. The couple recently returned to Los Angeles while Hilary films her new movie “You’re Not You” about a woman with Lou Gehrig’s disease – and we hope it’s not as depressing as it sounds.
