As much as we love Diana Ross, we coudn’t help being very turned OFF by her choice of fashion for the Met Gala.  Remember, the theme of the event was Tailoring Black Style and  a majority of guests did  display some form of men’s tailoring.  Diana arrived early and she looked helpless in her glitzy gown covered by a GIGANTIC white feather cloak with a train 18 feet long! It took around 10 men to carry the train behind her and she had trouble climbing the met stairs without assistance. She topped it off with a huge matching white feather hat. Unfortunately, the over-the-top outfit screamed look-at-me self-indulgence and waste. It was embarrassing. Turns out, attention-seeking long trains were popular at this event, but none were as overdone as Diana’s.
