DETAILS MATTER IN VERSACE: AMERICAN CRIME STORY
Ricky Martin must be excited about his role in Versace: American Crime Story – it will probably open doors for him in Hollywood. Puerto Rican born Ricky did a little acting in Mexico before he returned to music and became an international pop star. He’s playing Antonio D’Amico, Gianni Versace’s good looking boyfriend of fifteen years. He and Edgar Ramirez as Gianni, filmed a beachside scene today in Miami. Versace was killed in 1997 and his sister Donatella has never gotten along with Antonio. We love that “Antonio” is carrying i-D magazine from 1994 with Kylie Minogue on the cover – the coolest fashion periodical of the 90’s. Nice touch.
