JAMES CAMERON CALLS ZOE SALDANA “QUEEN OF THE UNIVERSE”

Zoe Saldana should frame this beautiful photo of her family, taken on the incredible day that she got her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Not many actors can claim that they have several successful movie franchises under their belt, but Avatar star Zoe can, and she is set for life. The only visible flaw in her career is her movie Nina, which was filmed in 2012, and just released in April. When she accepted the role of singer and political activist Nina Simone, there was a huge uproar because she was “too pretty and light skinned” to play the part. The dark makeup and fake nose didn’t help, and the movie flopped – mostly because of the lame script and not Zoe’s valiant but unappreciated efforts. But hey, people make mistakes, and Zoe has everything else going for her. She wanted her husband Marco Perego and three sons Cy, Bowie, and Zen to share her very special Walk of Fame day.

AND ZOE SALDANA VOWED SHE’D NEVER GET MARRIED!

But everything changed when she met her husband-to-be, who also had no interest in marriage. Italian artist Marco Perego swept the Avatar actress off her feet and not only married Zoe Saldana but he took HER last name. They now have the two year old twin boys, Cy and Bowie, pictured here, plus a five month old baby boy named Zen at home. Zoe says she’s lucky her husband is the sensitive type and he helps out with the kids. But he’s no slouch- Marco has made millions with his art projects.

Another reason to love Zoe Saldana. She picked the right man to marry. Her progressive husband Marco Perego announced proudly that he has taken his wife’s last name. Perhaps emboldened by her supportive feminist husband, Zoe, who recently gave birth to twins, took the time to point out the fact that pregnant women are not welcome in Hollywood. Actresses with children are rarely offered child care or nannies when working, while men get all kinds of perks – like penthouses, jets, and bodyguards. Keep up the good work, Zoe.

They are carefully calculating how long it will take them to eat lunch so the meter doesn’t run out. Zoe gave birth to their twin boys, Bowie and Cy, just three months ago and already she and Marco are hiking in the hills with the babies strapped to their chests. The new parents still take time to be alone together. They seem like one of the happiest couples in Hollywood.

Zoe is rumored to be expecting twins and she wore a skirt with an elastic waist so she could eat comfortably. After the babies are born early next year, she starts filming three back-to-back Avatar movies.

Zoe Saldana is the perfect example of what to wear on the red carpet when you’re pregnant. Hot on the heels of the rumor that she and her husband Marco Perego are expecting TWINS, Zoe showed up at the London premier of Guardians of the Galaxy (you couldn’t PAY us to sit through that movie, but it will probably be a big hit) looking exquisite. Her sheer and breezy blue summer dress couldn’t be more appropriate and flattering. If pregnant women would stop stuffing themselves into spandex, the world would be a better place.

ZOE SALDANA IS A MODERN MOM IN “ROSEMARY’S BABY” REMAKE

The original 1968 film of “Rosemary’s Baby” is probably the only reason to admire director Roman Polanski. Mia Farrow brilliantly played her character as such an ordinary New Yorker, that the story was even more horrifying. The movie is still almost perfect, but someone always thinks a remake is a good idea. The NEW miniseries of Rosemary’s Baby stars Zoe Saldana and will show on NBC in two parts on May 11 and 15, with each segment two hours long. So it’s a bit longer than the original. Does the trailer make you want to tune in?
