CRYBABY KATE MOSS SEEMS TO HAVE FORGOTTEN SHE’S HAD A CHARMED LIFE

Kate Moss, 38, did an awful lot of complaining in her interview with Vanity Fair. She made it sound like being a supermodel is a huge headache and the job is almost unbearable. Considering she’s a petite 5’7” and managed to make it to the top of the modeling biz, one would think she’d be surprised and delighted. She seems to remember the physically trying times but not the enormous paychecks and perks. She also dismisses her party reputation and insists she really didn’t have all that much fun. When Kate was with Johnny Depp they seemed to be really in love (and got engaged) but she brought out a temperamental side to him and he trashed a NY hotel room. It was out of character for him. It seemed to be a passionate, drug fueled romance. Kate doesn’t say WHY she left Johnny but admits she cried over him for six years. She really doesn’t seem like a happy girl – and she SHOULD be. What a life she’s had!

Tom Cruise has colossal nerve calling the Vanity Fair article about him auditioning female companions “lies designed to sell magazines.” It’s common knowledge that Cruise saw young Nicole Kidman in her first film “Dead Calm” and called her in to audition for “Days of Thunder.” (She got the costarring part and Tom too.) And of course, he auditioned Penelope Cruz for “Vanilla Sky” and SHE got the part and dated Tom until she was scared off by Scientology. And Tom called Katie Holmes in to audition for “Mission Impossible 3” – she didn’t get the part (Michelle Monaghan did) but Katie got Tom! Does ANYONE believe Tom’s denial? The new Vanity Fair magazine article about Scientology is bound to have two famous readers – Nicole Kidman and Katie Holmes. Tom Cruise’s ex-wives are both unable to speak their minds about the cult but they are relieved when information is revealed. And since Vanity Fair is such a respected publication, people are taking notice. Both of them are aware they met Tom while “auditioning” for him. Nicole knows her children Connor and Bella were turned against her when she left Scientology. She was named a “suppressive person” and they avoid her company. Katie didn’t want that to happen to her, so she orchestrated her divorce so that she has more control over Suri’s life. These two women know they must remain silent about the subject of Scientology because they still fear repercussions. And they are NOT in communication with each other.

Vanity Fair is coming out with a revealing story about Whitney Houston’s final days. For one thing, we didn’t realize that Whitney frequently read and quoted the bible. The writer interviewed video vixen Karrine Steffans, the onetime girlfriend of Bobby Brown. Karrine said Bobby always felt bad because he was accused of introducing Whitney to drugs, but she was already using them. (Bobby, we DO believe you!) Karrine also hinted that Whitney’s alleged last boyfriend, Ray J, might have been a negative influence on Whitney. She said one night she got a call from Ray J and he asked if Bobby was there. She answered yes, and Ray J smirked “Tell him I slept with both of his chicks – you, and now his wife!”

Twenty years ago we were turned OFF by Demi Moore’s nude and pregnant cover of Vanity Fair. Yet it seemed to open the doors for every pregnant celebrity to flaunt their expectant bellies and angelic faces on various magazine covers. Most recently we had to endure seeing Jessica Simpson on the cover of Elle. Pregnancy does not become her – she looks enormous and uncomfortable with her clothes ON. We’re not the least bit surprised that Helena Bonham Carter made Vanity Fair’s 2010 Best Dressed List. Helena, however, was flabbergasted and thought it was a joke. “The King’s Speech” star’s style has often been featured on this site because we find her creative and inspiring. Vanity Fair judges their winners by “individual taste,” not fashion trends and Helena has a one-of-a-kind look. She says her fashion icon is “Marie Antoinette.” LOVE the bloomers!
