CHRIS APPLETON IS A TRUE FRIEND TO KIM KARDASHIAN

Now it can be told! We were the first to reveal that celebrity hairstylist Chris Appleton’s marriage to White Lotus star Lukas Gage was headed for splitsville, and now we can share THIS juicy tidbit: My source revealed that Chris and Lukas actually split up months BEFORE they announced their split, but they kept it quiet. And THAT’s because Chris’s biggest client, Kim Kardashian, enticed him to keep the split private until AFTER their Las Vegas elopement episode aired on Kim’s reality show, The Kardashians! An entire episode of Kim’s show was devoted to Chris and Lukas’s surprise wedding – not only was she one of their only guests, but she even flew the couple on her private jet. My source explains that Kim thought it would be better for the ratings if Chris waited to announce the split until after the episode aired – and that’s exactly what he did.

DMV Glam Squad Kim Kardashian Megyn Kelly The Kardashians

MEGYN KELLY ISN’T ALWAYS WRONG

We cannot remember EVER agreeing with Megyn Kelly, BUT we have to concede that she was not totally wrong in her recent tirade against Kim Kardashian’s visit to the DMV to renew her driver’s license on Hulu’s The Kardashians. Kim arrived at the end of the DMV day with her glam squad of hairdresser, (Chris Appleton, no less) makeup artists, stylist, – even her own LIGHTING person! The DMV office stayed open while she primped and fussed and they actually took MULTIPLE photos of her for her entourage to pick from! The whole situation made Kim look self-indulgent beyond words. Megyn Kelly referred to the segment on her Sirius Radio show and called it “stomach turning.” She said “Her appearance is ALL that matters to this woman!” We have to agree that Kim didn’t do herself any favors with this adventure. Showing off your wealth and power is never a good idea…

KRIS JENNER HAS ANOTHER MONEY-MAKING IDEA

Get ready for “The Kardashian Kruise!” The family that’s made a fortune by allowing cameras into nearly every aspect of their lives is planning a weeklong cruise and the entire ship will be filled with their rabid fans. (At least those who can afford the price tag!) A friend reveals that Kris Jenner came up with the idea of the Kardashians doing a cruise with fans, and of course the family could make a fortune from the excursion. From meet and greets, to Q and A nights, as well as cooking classes with Kris, the entire ship will be Kardashian themed. Of course, it will include pop- up stores loaded with their branded merchandise. While the final details are still being worked out, joining this adventure at sea won’t come cheap as they’re aiming to appeal to their most affluent fans. There’s even talk about turning the adventure into a TV special on HULU.

PIPPA MIDDLETON DOESN’T DRESS FOR THE PRESS

We cannot figure out why Pippa Middleton (above) and her sister Kate are criticized because they recycle their clothes and wear them more than once – sometimes over and over. What’s more, they shop at affordable stores! Certainly they are photographed as much as the Kardashians, who are never seen in the same outfit or wearing the same shoes twice. The Kardashians sell their costly cast-offs on eBay and since they get most of the clothes free, they make a nice profit. Another reason to admire the Middleton sisters.
