PETE DAVIDSON AND MALUMA HAVE SOMETHING IN COMMON – AND IT’S NOT SOCKS

You never know who you’re going to be sitting next to in the front row at a NY Knicks game. Notoriously single SNL comic Pete Davidson was seated next to Colombian heartthrob/singer Maluma (Madonna is a big fan) – we’re not sure if they knew each other before the game, but they attracted lots of paparazzi. Both guys are currently single and have a preference for models. Pete has been keeping company with Kaia Gerber. Maluma looks like he doesn’t like the smell of whatever Pete is eating. Maluma’s handsome looks are somewhat spoiled by the no-socks look he favors…

GEORGE CLOONEY ISN’T OBSESSIVE ABOUT HIS SOCKS

We’re betting that George Clooney fans were surprised when it was revealed that he has a sock fetish. It has been claimed that he refuses to wear the same pair of socks twice – after one wearing he has socks cleaned and donated to charity and wears a brand new pair every day. (Certainly he wears expensive socks unlikely to be dumped.) This tidbit was gleefully repeated in numerous publications but there is no reason to believe it. The rumor may have started in OK Magazine but there’s no record of it. Meanwhile, it makes George look like a self-indulgent fussbudget.

We had to laugh when we read about former model/actress Carole Mallory’s affairs with famous men in an excerpt from her new book “Picasso’s Ghost” on Page Six. Back in the seventies, party girl Carole was a hot number and slept with numerous celebrities. In 1975, she met Robert DeNiro at the Chateau Marmont and they had a 14 day affair. She was puzzled by the fact that he left his socks on in bed. WE can reveal WHY! In the seventies, everybody wanted to be taller and thinner and actors thought nothing of having their shoes – even running shoes – built up inside to add inches of height. DeNiro took it a step further- we heard that he had his SOCKS built up inside so he’d still be tall in the bedroom. No kidding. It looks like Carole finally validated that piece of ancient but juicy gossip.
