Madonna is not one to ignore her birthday – even if it happens to be her 64th. She LOVES a big party and flew a boatload of friends to her favorite place in Sicily, an 18th century Sicilian palace, for a lavish celebration. She’s been planning the big day (August 16) for months, according to The Sun, and will spare no expense for the dinner and live band – there HAS to be dancing.
