KISS “END OF THE ROAD” TOUR: NO PLASTIC SURGERY NECESSARY!

KISS is promoting their End of the Road farewell tour but they admit “It might last three years.” And why not? No matter how old they get, KISS has no expiration date. Gene Simmons is 69, Paul Stanley is 66, Eric Singer is 60, and Tommy Thayer is 57, and it doesn’t matter. If a hairline recedes, wrinkles appear, or a tummy gets big, the band’s fantastical costumes, makeup, and wigs will totally cover or distract from all undesirable features. When this band performs, they look pretty much the same as when they first started, decades ago. Lucky guys.

PAUL STANLEY: WHAT TOOK SO LONG?

KISS frontman Paul Stanley has always been the artistic one – he not only paints, but through the years he designed stages, album covers, clothing, and shoes for the glam rock band. So it makes sense that he’d collaborate with Puma and design some shoes for their Suede collection. He introduced his animal print sneakers at the Fashion Show Mall in Las Vegas. And they’re affordable – $110 to $160.

PAUL STANLEY IS MORE THAN A ROCKSTAR

Paul Stanley from Kiss looks totally different when he’s onstage with all that makeup and black spandex, so he can go out without attracting much attention. He took his young son with the mohawk haircut with him to Starbucks in Beverly Hills to get a coffee. He looks like a doting dad and two people on the sidewalk behind him are wondering why he’s being snapped by paparazzi.

PAUL STANLEY LIKES TO KEEP HIS HEAD WARM

KISS guitarist Paul Stanley insists that he does NOT wear wigs, but then why would he wear this goofy scarf on his head? The male head wrap scarf is a dead giveaway of rock star hair loss. Just ask Bret Michaels. It’s rumored that Paul has top quality hair augmentation similar to John Travolta’s. Certainly onstage all that big hair isn’t natural and fans don’t care. Whatever works… (Above he and his wife Erin Sutton shop together)

PAUL STANLEY WAS BORN WITH ONE EAR

KISS lead singer Paul Stanley‘s new book “Face the Music: A Life Exposed” features some surprising revelations. Who knew Paul was born with a disability? He only had one ear. His right ear never formed properly and he only had a stump – plus he was deaf on the right side. He later had surgery to build a new ear but he was severely bullied during his childhood.
