Remember where you read this. Kim Kardashian is headed to court to request full custody of her four children with Kanye West. Kanye was captured on videotape going on an anti-Semitic rant in Las Vegas early Friday morning -the tape is already viral on TMZ. As soon as she saw it, Kim reached out to her attorney and said enough is enough. She’s worried that her kids should not be around her ex-husband because he’s apparently mentally unstable and she doesn’t want their minds poisoned by his unhinged rants. ARE KIM AND KANYE HEADED BACK TO COURT?

THAT is the question. My source says it’s a very strong possibility and here’s why. Kim’s been talking a LOT about her and Kayne’s 10-year-old daughter, North on her HULU reality series, The Kardashians, as well as in the press, and it’s making Kayne upset. While Kim has primary custody of all her children with Kayne, they both agreed to keep their children OUT of the limelight as much as possible. Now Kayne thinks Kim is violating their agreement. Nothing been decided yet, but Kayne has let Kim know he’s unhappy with her loose lips and warned her that he’s prepared to take legal action unless she keeps her mouth shut when it comes to their kids. This might not be easy because North seems to LOVE the limelight…

KANYE WEST AND BIANCA ARE PERUSING ITALIAN REAL ESTATE

Their off-color antics on a water taxi in Venice made headlines, but Kayne West and his “wife” Bianca Censori got down to some actual business during their Italian getaway. While Bianca’s exact place of birth is unknown – some reports say she was born in Italy and others in Australia – she did grow up in Australia but comes from Italian heritage. She and Kayne spent some of their time abroad looking at villas so they can spend part of the year in Italy. Since Kayne has 4 kids with ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, moving to Italy full time is out of the question, so their plan is to divide their time much like George Clooney who spends summers at his palazzo in Lake Como.

KANYE WEST THE STARMAKER?

Reality TV made Kayne West’s ex-wife, Kim Kardashian and her family famous, so now Kanye is hoping it will do the same for his current “wife” Bianca Censori. According to a source, Kayne is hellbent on turning Bianca into the next Kim, and his ultimate goal is to make her even MORE famous than his ex-wife. A sex tape is out of the question (Kim’s was released pre-Kayne and he never approved) but a reality show is definitely on the table. Kayne has assembled a group of producers who are working on a pilot featuring Bianca and he’s planning to make appearances on it as well. Ironically or not, he’s hoping to strike a deal with E!, the network where the Kardashians first found fame.

Party planners and social event hosts in Hollywood hesitate to invite unhappily divorced couples to the same gathering. To avoid unpleasant scenes, they have to choose one side or the other. These days they have to choose between inviting powerful Kanye West or popular Kim Kardashian. Kim has been the consistent winner recently. While Kim and Kanye were together, Stephanie Shepherd was Kim’s personal assistant. During that time, Kanye played matchmaker and introduced Stephanie to his manager (and Apple Music CEO) Larry Jackson. They fell in love and got married this weekend at a star-studded event in Beverly Hills. The bride and groom had to choose between inviting Kanye or Kim, and it was NOT easy. You’ve probably seen photos from Kanye West’s 46th birthday party, where the problematic rapper appeared wearing exaggerated shoulder pads. Our source told us that this is less of a fashion statement and more of a way to distract from the weight he gained since splitting with Kim Kardashian. Although Kanye has always had a penchant for wearing black, these days the slenderizing color isn’t only the only staple his wardrobe. KANYE WEST: PACKING ON THE POUNDS

Kayne West seems to be happy and considerably calmer since his “marriage” to architect Bianca Censori – and he has the pounds to show for it. Kayne’s manic episodes are more under control and one of the things Bianca gets credit for is keeping Kayne on a schedule, including his meals. His life with ex-wife Kim Kardashian was more hectic, but Bianca runs a tight ship (maybe it’s the architect in her) and Kayne has gained some weight since they’ve been together. A friend sums it up this way – Kayne is fat and happy, eating three regular meals a day, and getting 8 hours of sleep.
