JOEL McHALE: WORKING OUT TOO MUCH?

Joel McHale (The Soup and Community) LOVES Sundays, because almost every Sunday morning he can be found at the Hollywood Farmer’s Market stocking up on fruits and vegetables. He doesn’t mind wearing a mask because he can shop almost unrecognized – except for one eagle-eyed paparazzi who keeps his distance. Joel almost always shops alone and knows what he wants- note his little cart for bags and his orange cooler bag. The 6’4″ actor/comedian says he works out almost every day and usually wears tight tee shirts – maybe this one’s a little TOO tight!

JOEL MCHALE SHOPS THE FARMER’S MARKET LIKE A PRO

We can tell you EXACTLY where to find comic Joel McHale every Sunday morning without fail. And it’s NOT church. It’s the Farmer’s Market in Studio City. One of the few places that has been open all through the pandemic- because it’s outdoors and shoppers keep their social distance. We always loved McHale on E’s show The Soup – he made fun of everybody. Joel has admitted he’s a workaholic and during the past year he faithfully arrived at the Farmer’s Market bright and early each week, in a very organized fashion. Note the different colored bags he brings for the various purchases- all attached to his little shopping cart. We can’t help but notice that he has also cultivated some pandemic muscles, but lotsa luck recognizing THIS famous shopper with all that stuff on his head…

DOES THIS MASK MAKE YOU SMILE – OR GIVE YOU THE CREEPS?

Yikes. If we happened to be at the farmers market in Studio City and saw this guy walking in, we would definitely back up. If we saw this man walking toward us on the street while we were walking our dog, we would cross the street. It’s all about the mask. There is something inherently disturbing and creepy about this half smiley facemask. Not sure if the wearer, 6’4” comedian Joel McHale (The Soup) is TRYING to look threatening, or believes he appears friendly…
