RON DESANTIS TWITTER FIASCO: ACCIDENT OR SABOTAGE?

Another political piece of gossip that’s just too juicy not to share! Was it sabotage? That’s what some insiders working on Ron DeSantis’ presidential campaign are wondering after his disastrous kick-off on Twitter. Ron teamed up with Twitter boss Elon Musk to officially announce his run for the White House, but his live stream was delayed and riddled with glitches. It was SO bad that it’s already being labeled the most disastrous presidential campaign launch in history! Some connected to the campaign are wondering if Elon sabotaged the stream to make Ron look like a bumbling idiot. Just hours after the debacle campaign, insiders began to question whether Elon did this because he doesn’t support Ron’s fight with Disney or his ridiculous ban on books. These speculations will likely remain just that, but for now the campaign is steering clear of any more Twitter streams.

ELON MUSK: SUPERHERO OR SUPERVILLAIN?

We’re not sure what to be most surprised about: the fact that Elon Musk went to the Abracadabra store in the Flatiron district in NYC and bought an elaborate costume called The Devil’s Champion Leather Armor set for $7500 to wear to Heidi Klum’s Halloween party, OR the fact that he went to the party with his MOTHER, Maye Musk. The costume had odd symbols on it (including an upside down cross) and online observers (trolls?) are already making negative predictions and remarks about Musk’s supposedly dark character and linking everything to Twitter. We happen to think he’s fascinating and would not mind getting to know him…

JEFF BEZOS: LIVING WELL IS THE BEST REVENGE

Amazon billionaire Jeff Bezos looked mighty happy here as he and his cute girlfriend Lauren Sanchez left NY restaurant Cipriani after lunch. His space trip with William Shatner was a huge success and cheered him up after unpleasant communications from his space rival Elon Musk. (Is the race to space all about machismo?) NASA awarded a 2.9 billion dollar contract to Musk, and via Twitter, he sent Bezos a silver “2nd place” emoji. Bezos promptly sued NASA, insisting the contract was unfairly awarded to Musk. We think William Shatner made a very important observation – that outer space is utter blackness and when he looked down at earth it was bright and beautiful. Let’s appreciate and take care of what we have…

SNL OPENED OUR EYES ABOUT ELON MUSK

Elon Musk’s appearance on Saturday Night Live turned out to be quite a surprise. We weren’t familiar with his personality at all and found his South African accent and idiosyncrasies fascinating. He looked handsome- was well dressed, but appeared awkward and a bit uncomfortable before announcing that he had Asperger’s syndrome. THAT explained a lot. He made a distinct effort to communicate with the audience and was surprisingly unpretentious. Imagine a multibillionaire having fun dressing up in goofy costumes for skits on SNL! How could you not like him? Elon obviously tried to have a good time on the show and it made him a lot easier to like. Seeing him (above) with his girlfriend of two years, Grimes, really gets you wondering what they have in common. They partied fully masked until 6 AM at the SNL after-party.
