Curb Your Enthusiasm

SEINFELD REUNION IS NOW A POSSIBILITY

Jerry Seinfeld was bitten by the TV bug after making a surprise guest appearance on the series finale of Curb Your Enthusiasm. Jerry played himself on the episode which paid homage to his own Seinfeld series finale decades earlier. According to a source, Jerry is suddenly having second thoughts about not doing a Seinfeld reunion after all these years. Nothing has been decided yet, but his former cast members are all up for it. If Jerry decides to greenlight the reunion, NBC, the network which aired the series, has offered MILLIONS UPON MILLIONS for a 2-hour reunion special. Tempting…

CHERYL HINES: BETWEEN A ROCK AND A HARD PLACE

Poor Cheryl Hines. The Curb Your Enthusiasm actress has been known to walk a fine line between her well-connected Hollywood friends and her unconventional thinking husband Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Cheryl’s already lost a few friends due to Bobby’s anti-vax beliefs and conspiracy theories on the Covid vaccines. (Remember- he wrote an anti-Dr Fauci book) Now that he’s running for President, our source says Cheryl’s social life is in decline. But what can she do? As soon as she publicly endorsed her husband’s long shot candidacy, more of her remaining friends jumped ship! My source says that a number of Cheryl’s friends are avoiding her calls and stopped inviting her places. She went from popular to social outcast in a matter of weeks. That’s not what you expect when you marry a Kennedy!

JEFF GARLIN IS ENJOYING THE SEMI-SINGLE LIFE

Little did Jeff Garlin know, when he sat down to get pampered with a pedicure and foot massage at an obscure nail salon in Studio City, that a paparazzi would spot him through the window! We wonder what his Curb Your Enthusiasm costar Larry David would have to say about THIS. Jeff, 57, filed for divorce last year from his wife of 24 years, Marla, but it has yet to be finalized. He HAS been seen in the company of a couple of attractive women, however. Jeff is opening at The Improv on Melrose Ave next week with his new standup act provocatively called “You’ll Probably Get Laid.”

SUSIE ESSMAN IS FAMOUS FOR YELLING OBSCENITIES AT LARRY DAVID

Another season (#9) of Curb Your Enthusiasm has just ended and we know which character we’ll miss the most: Susie – the foul mouthed wife of Larry’s manager/best friend Jeff. Standup comic Susie Essman says that people walk up to her in the supermarket and ask her to curse them out. She says “Sometimes I just don’t feel like telling someone to ‘go f—yourself’ – it gets TIRING!” But she appreciates how much viewers love her angry character and takes delight in cracking up Larry David. “He LOVES when I yell and scream at him on the show – he can’t stop giggling – he’s ruined my best takes!” Even Susie doesn’t know if there will be a 10th season.

RICHARD LEWIS CONSIDERS HIMSELF AN EXPERT ON HOW NOT TO LIVE

When he was most successful, in the 80’s and 90’s, Richard Lewis always had girlfriend problems and he was so neurotic he seemed doomed to remain single. But after he became sober he married his wife Joyce and they’ve been together for 11 years. They seem like a good match – Richard has always worn black and she wears black too. A few years ago, Richard wrote a book called “How Not to Live.” He’s been on Curb Your Enthusiasm every season pretty much as himself. Lewis met Larry David when they were both 13 at summer camp! We expect to see him in the upcoming season of the show. (Yep, it’s coming back)

LARRY DAVID IS ENTHUSIASTIC ABOUT AMY LANDECKER

He may not LOOK like a great catch, But Larry David, 64, is considered one of the most eligible single men of a certain age in Hollywood. An amazingly successful writer and producer, David has tons of money and a sense of humor. After Larry and his wife split up, Martha Stewart was said to have harbored a crush on him, but nothing came of it. Now it appears he is sharing his jokes with an actress he met when she appeared on “Curb Your Enthusiasm” with him. Amy Landecker starred on The Paul Reiser Show last spring, but it was cancelled after two episodes. Larry brought Amy, 42, to the premier of this season’s “Curb Your Enthusiasm” in July and according to Page 6, they have been seen together around New York and Los Angeles.

SEINFELD CAST WILL REUNITE ON “CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM”

seinfeld reunion

Jerry Seinfeld has always insisted there will NOT be a “Seinfeld” reunion, but there WILL be a reunion of sorts when the original cast – Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Jason Alexander, Michael Richards, and Jerry, get together on “Curb Your Enthusiasm.” Larry David, creator of both shows, has written a storyline about the cast attempting to reunite eleven years after the show went off the air. Various members of the Seinfeld cast will appear on five shows during the upcoming 7th season of “Curb.” We will definitely be watching – how about you?

LARRY DAVID CALLS THE SHOTS

Larry David wasn’t thrilled when paparazzi caught him on the street filming “Curb Your Enthusiasm.” At the end of last season Larry announced that was the end of the series, but he soon realized he wasn’t happy not working and decided to film more shows. Oops – the house that producers rent to use as Larry’s home on the show had been emptied, and all the furniture was sold. When he changed his mind, duplicate furniture had to be purchased all over again! Wasteful, yes, but in the long run, it’s good for the economy.

THINGS ARE LOOKING UP FOR RICHARD LEWIS

Richard Lewis is in a great mood as he leaves his agent’s office. Curb Your Enthusiasm gave this neurotic comic just the jolt his career needed. Recently he’s talked to Howard Stern about his addictions to alcohol, sex, etc. We remember back the 90’s when Richard showed up in the women’s shoe department of Macy’s in the Beverly Center at 9AM, and he was pacing back and forth talking to himself and getting more and more agitated! The sales clerks got very nervous, but eventually he left without incident. He’s come along way since then.

CAN LARRY DAVID RESIST MARTHA STEWART'S MAC AND CHEESE?

marthadavidUntitledLarry David is having so many” interesting experiences” as a single man that he’s inspired and decided to bring back Curb Your Enthusiasm for two or three more seasons. One person hoping to be included in those experiences is Martha Stewart. When Larry’s costar Susie Essman guested on Martha’s show, all Martha did was pump her about the newly single Larry. Martha asked Susie if Larry liked women his own age or young girls. (Susie didn’t know.) Martha confessed that she liked Larry a lot and told Susie she”d LOVE to guest on Larry’s show. Susie promised to pass the information along. Who knew Larry David would become a hot commodity in Hollywood?
