Blanket

JUST DON’T CALL HIM BLANKET

Blanket Jackson no longer exists! Michael Jackson’s youngest child has given himself a new name – he’s called Bigi Jackson at school now. Blanket was only a childhood nickname and the poor kid was born with the embarrassing moniker “Prince Michael Jackson II.” Now Bigi is 14 and he’s going to the Buckley School and starting to get around. Marlon Wayans took his kids and Bigi to Catch in Hollywood for dinner.

BLANKET JACKSON IS READY FOR ACTION

blanket jackson leaving karate class.

Here’s somebody we don’t see around very often: it’s Prince Michael “Blanket” Jackson, who is now 13. We wonder which name he chooses to use around his friends. Michael II was photographed leaving a karate class in Calabasas and he still has the habit of not smiling in public. Last we heard he was still being home-schooled but at least he takes classes so he can make some friends. He’s the only one of Michael’s children who probably has no clue who his biological parents are, but his beautiful dark hair indicates some Hispanic blood.

WHERE WAS TJ JACKSON WHEN MICHAEL’S KIDS NEEDED HIM?

The mysterious TJ Jackson made a big fuss about getting himself assigned as co-guardian of Michael Jackson’s children at a salary of $9000 a month. But after Paris’s suicide attempt and hospitalization, it was discovered that TJ had MOVED 76 miles away from the Jackson home in Calabasas! Above, he resurfaced and took Prince and Blanket to the mall while Paris is recovering. Who IS in charge around there, anyway?

THE JACKSON KIDS’ BIOLOGICAL FATHER IS OUT THERE SOMEWHERE…

The Michael Jackson wrongful death trial now going on has reignited all the rumors about who the biological father of Michael’s kids is. Former child star Mark Lester (“Oliver”) was one of Michael’s friends who donated sperm when Michael asked for it and he thinks HE is their father. Other potential “fathers” include Marlon Brando and Macaulay Culkin, and our pick, Dr Arnie Klein. There may be more donors out there who won’t talk about it. Michael figured with so many possibilities no one would ever figure out who the real father is. We wonder if someday his kids will demand DNA tests to clear this up.

MICHAEL JACKSON’S KIDS NOW HAVE A MANAGER: LATOYA!

Leave it to LaToya Jackson to figure out a way to make money from Michael Jackson’s kids. While much of the family has been banned from the Calabasas home where Prince, 16, Paris, 15, and Blanket , 10, live with Michael’s mother, LaToya, 56, has maintained a relationship. According to The Daily Mail, she knew the children had show business aspirations so she started a talent agency called Ja-Tail Enterprises, convinced them to sign up, and now manages them. And they’re not complaining- after he signed, Prince landed his job on E.T., and Paris is set to film a movie next summer. LaToya gets 15% of their take. So far, the kids are LaToya’s only clients, but you can visit her ambitious website by clicking here.

LA TOYA JACKSON KNOWS THAT MICHAEL’S KIDS DRAW A CROWD

La Toya Jackson knows how to get top dollar for personal appearance gigs – bring Michael’s kids along for the ride! She schlepped Prince, Paris, and Blanket to Beverly Hills for the Mr Pink Ginseng Drink party (whatever THAT is) and they created quite a stir. La Toya’s bound to get a lot of party invites in the future. Paris seems to enjoy the limelight while Blanket, as usual, looks a bit annoyed…

MICHAEL JACKSON’S KIDS PRINTS OUTSIDE GRAUMAN’S CHINESE THEATER?

We found it very strange that Michael Jackson’s kids were invited to have their hand and footprints immortalized in cement at a ceremony outside Grauman’s Chinese Theater. This is the first time we’ve heard of RELATIVES substituting for a deceased star. Prince, 14, Paris, 13, and Blanket, 9, seemed quite happy to do it, but it doesn’t seem right. First of all, Michael was a singer – not a movie star – and a star on Hollywood Blvd seems more appropriate. Also, how weird would it be if Paul Newman or John Wayne’s CHILDREN left their prints instead of the stars themselves?

PARIS AND PRINCE JACKSON ARE GETTING ALONG FINE IN THE REAL WORLD

If Michael Jackson were still alive, where would his kids Paris, Prince, and Blanket, be today? Would they still be walking around with veils on their heads, home schooled, and constantly moving from place to place? Now they’re going to private school and making friends, acting in plays, and participating in after school sports. They seem to be leading far more normal lives, and Prince, 14, appears to have a little girlfriend named Nikki Berger, whom he took to the movies.

MICHAEL JACKSON’S KIDS ARE HAPPY GOING TO SCHOOL

Michael Jackson’s kids Paris, Prince, and Blanket took a break from school and spent the weekend at the Palms in Las Vegas where Uncle Jermaine was performing at the Planet Hollywood Hotel. Jermaine’s sons Jaffar and Jermajesty and several bodyguards accompanied them. Paris and Prince are actually going to school for the first time in their lives and reportedly love it. Right now they both have security guards that follow them wherever they go on campus at the $30,000 a year Buckley school in Sherman Oaks. The family lawyer says they are adapting so well at Buckley that the guards may soon become unnecessary.

MICHAEL JACKSON’S KIDS WILL FINALLY GET AN EDUCATION

Great news for Michael Jackson’s three kids. They are FINALLY going to be allowed to go to school with other children their own age. Since Michael died last summer, Prince, 13, Paris, 12, and 8 year old Blanket have been cloistered at Michael’s mother Katherine’s home. She thought about sending them to school, but ended up having them home-schooled this past year. Although they have their cousins to play with, Katherine has observed that they have no friends and lead solitary lives. In September, for the first times in their lives, the three children will attend a private school and be exposed to a whole new and wonderful world. Good for them.
