Although she DOES look voluptuous enough to be around 3 months along. And it might be the best thing that’s ever happened to her. When she and Ryan Reynolds split, Scarlett went through a dark period of time – she seemed unhappy and unsociable. She was even desperate enough to have a fling with Sean Penn! Now 29, she seems to have come to her senses. A beautiful actress who’s told how awesome she is every day, needs the dose of healthy reality that a baby brings. Scarlett will have someone else to think about, and not dwell on herself. We’re happy for her.

They were high school sweethearts when they were both 17 at the Professional Children’s School in New York. And they made a cute couple. Just goes to show that Jack has eclectic taste in women. SCARLETT JOHANSSON: DOES THE PUNISHMENT FIT THE CRIME?

We were completely taken aback by the fact that the guy who hacked into Scarlett Johansson’s email account (along with 50 other celebrities and ordinary people) and distributed their nude photos on the internet, was sentenced to TEN YEARS in prison by a Florida judge. Are we the only ones who feel this isn’t exactly the crime of the century? The hacker, Christopher Chaney, was described as having a “callous disregard” for his victims. But he never stole anything or physically injured anyone. Frankly, we’d rather see the lawmen who solved this crime spend their time chasing rapists and murderers. Poor little Scarlett, indeed.

ALFRED HITCHCOCK: TWO SIDES OF THE STORY

Suddenly Alfred Hitchcock, who died in 1980, is SO hot that two movies about him are about to be released. The first one by HBO is called “The Girl” and it airs October 20. This one sounds juicier – it chronicles Hitchcock’s obsession with his star of “The Birds” Tippi Hedren, and her struggle to fight off his advances. English actress Sienna Miller plays Tippi and Toby Jones plays the rather repulsive director. (Top photo)
The second movie, a feature film, is called “Hitchcock” and it documents the struggle the director had getting “Psycho” to the screen. Both films take place in the 60’s. Anthony Hopkins is Hitchcock and Scarlett Johansson is Janet Leigh in this movie, set for release on November 23.

Ryan Reynolds, 35, IS the marrying kind. In 2004 he was engaged to Alanis Morissette but they mutually called it off a few years later. His subsequent marriage to Scarlett Johansson lasted for two years and it’s rumored that the relationship dissolved because their careers kept them far apart and Scarlett admitted she didn’t try hard enough to make it work. Undaunted, Ryan fell hard for his Green Lantern costar Blake Lively, 25, and you knew where that was headed when they bought a house in New York together. Their South Carolina wedding Sunday WAS a surprise, however. Since Ryan seems to be a one woman man, we’re betting he’s feeling very content today. They seem like a great match.

SOMEBODY should be up for an Oscar for Best Make-up next year for turning Anthony Hopkins into a convincing Alfred Hitchcock. The contrived resemblance is amazing – how did they get those jowls to look so natural? Hopkins is starring as the legendary director in “Hitchcock” with Scarlett Johansson and Jessica Biel. The plot is described as a love story (not between Hitchcock and his blonde leading lady) but between him and wife Alma, played by the dependable Helen Mirren, as it happened during the 1960 filming of “Psycho.”

Usually these celebrity “Frankensteins “ look distorted and creepy, but this one actually IS a beauty. However, despite all the celebrity contributions, the resulting face eerily resembles Taylor Swift – even though only the hair is actually HERS. Do men’s magazines ever do this kind of thing to create “The Perfect Man?”

HACKED ACTRESSES: “THOSE NUDE PHOTOS ARE FAKE!!!” (OH, REALLY?)

How come every time a female celebrity’s phone is hacked, it just happens to have nude photos on it? Not long ago, it was “Gossip Girl” Blake Lively, Mila Kunis, Scarlett Johansson – and most recently, Christina Hendricks and Olivia Munn. (above) The first thing the hacked actresses do is fall all over themselves, claiming the nude photos are NOT HER! We’ve heard that before. What boggles the mind is the fact that actresses of normal intelligence are dumb enough to HAVE nudie photos on their phones. And they seem to make it awfully easy to get hacked by taking no precautions. Police, with many better things to do, are assigned to “investigate.” Memo to hacked actresses: you’ll get no sympathy from us.

Scarlett Johansson’s twin brother Hunter (he’s 6’3”) keeps getting better looking. He started off acting with his 27 year old twin sister but drifted instead into local then national, politics. He was a campaign organizer for Barack Obama and People named him a “Hot Bachelor.” Hunter says his sister often fixes him up with nice girls and he reciprocated by introducing her to the President.
