Jessica Simpson’s baby-daddy Eric Johnson is sitting pretty. He hasn’t played football for five years, but since he met his entrepreneurial fiancée Jessica, they’ve had two children – a boy, Ace, born in June, and daughter Maxwell, above, one and a half. While Jessica attends to her many profitable business projects, Eric plays househusband and he’s not complaining. Their daughter is amazingly beautiful.

Jessica, currently appearing on “Fashion Star,” bought a crib she fell in love with at Target for $199 and when she brought it home, her fiance Eric Johnson had to put it together for her.

Nothing gets between eating-for-two Jessica Simpson and a good meal. Despite a windy rainstorm in LA, she and her fiance Eric Johnson lunched at the Boneyard Bistro in Sherman Oaks. The eatery specializes in barbecued ribs, fried mac and cheese, and Kobe beef chili filled donuts! Jessica’s filmy sari-style dress got soaked on the way back to the car but apparently it was worth it.
Jessica Simpson’s fiance Eric Johnson has a pet nickname for her that has nothing to do with her size. He calls her “Piglet” – as do many members of her family. It’s not because Jessica eats a lot – she has always had a special affection for pigs – she collects all kinds of stuffed pigs, pictures of pigs, pig books, and bric-a-brac. Her baby shower invitation even featured a pig motif. When Eric calls Jessica “my little piglet” she loves it…

Jessica Simpson has given up alcohol for the duration of her pregnancy and it’s NOT EASY because her family loves cocktails. So naturally, she asked everyone around her to give it up too. That includes her fiancee Eric Johnson, who enjoyed drinking vodka with Jessica. Jessica’s father Joe gave up his whiskey and her mother Tina gave up Margaritas – at least when Jessica is around. Eric promised not to drink at all until Jessica can drink again.
Jessica Simpson is crazy about her fiancee Eric Johnson, but she won’t give up and inch of her closet space for him. Jessica has twelve closets in her Beverly Hills mansion carefully designed to store her huge collection of shoes (over 5000 pairs) handbags, clothing, and accessories, but there’s no extra space for Eric’s wardrobe since he moved in. So what did Jessica do? She bought several rolling racks and put them in the office so Eric can hang up his clothes. Something tells us she’ll be doing some major renovations or moving to a bigger place after they get married.

When Ashlee Simpson married her rockstar boyfriend Pete Wentz in 2008, it seemed like she had everything – at least that’s how it looked to her sister Jessica. Eric drives a hybrid car and he’s made it clear he’s not thrilled with Jessica’s souped up Range Rover. He already replaced all the light bulbs in her house with the watt savers, he’s cut their water consumption, and is devising new recycling methods for her. Thanks to Eric, Jessica is cultivating an environmental conscience.

Jessica Simpson is in a three way relationship that includes her, her boyfriend Eric Johnson, and her housekeeper! Former NFL player Eric and his big dog Bentley have pretty much taken over Jessica’s Beverly Hills house. When Jessica lived alone, her housekeeper cleaned two days a week, but since Eric appeared she’s been cleaning every day. Truth be told, Eric is a slob and between him leaving his towels and underwear on the floor, and dishes in the kitchen, and Bentley’s various messes, Jessica can’t keep up with the cleaning. But she figures he’s worth it.
