It took almost a year, but Christina Aguilera has finally erased every trace of the Osbournes that was lurking in the house she bought from them. Christina purchased the Osbourne's Beverly Hills house last summer for 11.5 million but hasn't moved in yet. She wanted to remove every gothic trace, every gargoyle, and all the decor that she considered tasteless. The Osbournes were miffed when Christina declined to buy any of their furniture, (they ended up auctioning it off) but she completely redid the place from top to bottom - and child proofed it at the same time. Now that she and her husband Jordan Bratman and their baby are ready to move in, she put her old house on the market.
On Friday, November 30, and Saturday, December 1, Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne are auctioning off the furniture from the Beverly Hills house they sold to Christina Aguilera. Sharon must have rummaged through their closets and found a lot of stuff more suited to a garage sale than an auction. Among the items up for sale are two of Sharon's cancer wigs with a starting price of $500, a large collection of Aunt Jemima dolls starting at $50, Ozzie's old wire rim glasses for $2000, and Kelly's Barbie dolls for $400-600. Many items were listed as gifts from particular celebrities (Isn't that a little insulting?) If you have money to burn and can't make it to the Gibson Guitar Showroom in LA, check out the auction online live at auctionnetwork.com. Sharon says some of the proceeds will go to her colon cancer charity but she doesn't say how much.

For weeks, Christina Aguilera has been dragging her husband Jordan from store to store in Los Angeles shopping for furniture for the new house they bought from the Osbournes in Beverly Hills. The baroque furnishings were for sale with the house and Sharon was not happy when Christina chose NOT to purchase them. In fact Christina made a point of clearing out ALL the extravagant crosses and goth light fixtures amd medieval decorations right away. So the Osbournes have to get rid of everything themselves- via Juliens Auctions in November. Above is a peek at the house and the stuff Christina DIDN'T want - it looks like Cher's house in the 80's.
