We're starting to wonder if Nicole Richie and her heavily tatted rocker Joel Madden ever will get married, or if they should. They look cute together and reasonably happy taking Harlow for a ride, but Nicole just admitted to Harper's Bazaar magazine that it would "break her heart" if Harlow ever wanted to get a tattoo!
LA Ink star Kat von D brought some much needed effervescence to the Young Hollywood Awards red carpet - her boyfriend Nikki Sixx let her walk it alone and bask in reality show glory. Reporters asked her if she and Nikki were planning to marry and she coyly replied "maybe." She'd BETTER think it over. This girl has questionable taste in men - she actually used to date Steve-O.

To Ashton Kutcher's dismay, no one was fooled by Audrina Patridge's contrived visit to the Black Wave tattoo shop. To his credit, Ashton did manage to get another publicity hungry celebrity to cooperate for his Pop Fiction show. (He sets up photo ops and hopes gossip mags or websites will jump to conclusions)
A mob of paparazzi followed Audrina to the tattoo parlor and she emerged with an arm full of Asian lettering which will no doubt wash off in the next few days. This time the paparazzi guessed right away it was a set-up, but the photos are fun, anyway. With nobody falling for his lame stunts, what will happen to Pop Fiction?

It's Carmen Electra arriving at Villa Lounge with her current companion, musician Rob Patterson from Korn. He inspired her to get that R tattooed behind her ear. Carmen has always had eclectic taste in men - mainly rockstars- remember, years ago, she was discovered by Prince, who changed her name from Tara Leigh Patrick to Carmen Electra.

Dave Navarro strives to give his audience their money's worth. During his recent performance at the House of Blues at Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas he had a guy and a girl overhead swinging on hooks imbedded into their skin. Ouch.
Amy Winehouse MUST be getting sober because she did something surprisingly thoughtful. She, like others in the UK, know how puritanical Americans can be. (Especially after her visa experience.) Keeping this in mind, she drew a little black bikini top on the large topless female tattoo on her arm so it wouldn't offend anyone watching her appearance on the Grammys! After the show, the makeshift top was washed off.
Nothing frames a big new tattoo better than a sleeveless Ed Hardy t shirt. Just ask Sylvester Stallone (or Madonna, for that matter.) We're guessing Stallone's new tat is a picture of his wife Jennifer and we wonder what will happen to her face if Sly doesn't continue doing whatever he does to inflate those BULGING muscles. He's bigger than ever because he recently finished his new movie John Rambo.
We didn't realize how serious "Two and a Half Men" star Charlie Sheen is about marrying his girlfriend Brooke Mueller. Of course that $500,000 ring was persuasive, but we knew he REALLY meant it when he promised Brooke he'd get rid of ALL his tattoos! Brooke has always hated Charlie's twelve tattoos (he removed his exwife Denise's name from his wrist awhile ago.) Among his not-so-tasteful his skin art are a dragon with eyeglasses, a burning Marlboro cigarette, an open zipper with an eyeball peeking out, and a note pinned to his chest saying "back in 15 minutes." Every few weeks Charlie visits a doctor to go through the painful removal process and there won't be a wedding until he's finished.

Last night Kelly Osbourne left Hyde with a guy - they look kinda chummy in this picture. We can't keep our eyes off Kelly's feet - it's not the shoes - it's the skulls she has tattooed on each foot. How long will THAT novelty last? We predict a visit to Dr Tatoff within a year.
