The concert per-sells were weak and then they announced the House Band as the warm-up act. That didn't help much so next they drug in The Panic Channel (Dave Navarro's act) and that has not helped either. What the hell, now, a Federal Judge has slapped this "act" (if I could call it that) with a name change order.

NO - and almost everyone knows that it was an informercial at best and a lie in reality. Word to all you entertainment types you need to heed the words of the Great PT Barnum:

Perception is Reality and the simple reality is in the numbers.

The numbers are: hits songs NONE; ticket sales VERY WEAK to NONEXISTENT; musical talent LOW to POOR; lead performer talent and experience ZIP; chance to make money NADA; second album NO CHANCE IN HELL. Nobody will part with their money for a group that is perceived as a bunch of losers. Now that's a REALITY.

With the way CBS mucked up this process the only outcome for the band is DOOM.
