Photo Credit: Splash News Kate Hudson's little boy Ryder is asking for more than the freedom to walk instead of ride. He wants his own pet kangaroo! Ryder fell in love with the species when his mom was filming Fool's Gold in Queensland, Australia last year. He's been talking nonstop about kangaroos ever since. Kate gave Ryder a stuffed kangaroo and told him a real one wasn't possible. He also asked his dad and grandma Goldie Hawn but they suggested he think about a puppy instead.

Goldie is so rich she could buy him a mini petting zoo, stocked with kangaroos. But beware, baby animals carry highly contagious germs and bacteria. Give the little darling what he wants.

I knew her marriage would not last; it was a given. But the kid will never want for anything. And, yes, I do believe Kate has a little kangaroo in her pouch. LOL
