Ryan Seacrest (shown above with his girlfriend Sophie Monk, leaving Ago) is making more money than EVER, but he's looking to buy a SMALLER house! He paid 16 million for Kevin Costner's over 10,000 sq ft house in Nichols Canyon, but after living there awhile, Ryan decided it's just too HUGE! He says he's overwhelmed by the size of the place and the complex security system. Right now he's looking in Beverly Hills for a nice place around half the size.

I find it very difficult to believe he is seeing Ms. Monk. It is well known in Hollywood that Mr. Seacrest is a closeted homosexual. I believe Ms. Monk is acting as his 'beard'.
Sophie Monk has a weird looking face. Why does everyone think she's all that?
