Ryan Seacrest (shown above with his girlfriend Sophie Monk, leaving Ago) is making more money than EVER, but he's looking to buy a SMALLER house! He paid 16 million for Kevin Costner's over 10,000 sq ft house in Nichols Canyon, but after living there awhile, Ryan decided it's just too HUGE! He says he's overwhelmed by the size of the place and the complex security system. Right now he's looking in Beverly Hills for a nice place around half the size.

Here's a thought provoking couple: American Idol past finalist Constantine Maroulis and Holly Huddleston from Sunset Tan were seen out at the Crown Bar in West Hollywood. Constantine usually keeps his private life under wraps and Holly was recently linked with American Idol host Ryan Seacrest, of all people.

Metrosexual Ryan Seacrest isn't exactly at a loss for company. On Friday he turned up at Ago with Benji Madden's beauteous exfiancee Sophie Monk. They walked out of the restaurant separately but hopped into the same car. At 5'6" Sophie (who has been compared to Bardot) is an unusually short model - perfect for the diminutive American Idol host.
Crazy Gary Busey gave us the best red carpet moment when he interrupted Ryan Seacrest as he was interviewing Jennifer Garner and grabbed her in a bear hug. She looked terrified, as did Seacrest, and Ryan whispered to Jen "Where's Ben when you need him?" Clearly shaken, Jen scurried away. If you're wondering how Gary happened to BE on the red carpet - don't forget he was nominated for an Oscar for The Buddy Holly Story - long before he had that helmetless motorcycle accident. Our Gary source told us that to expect loud scenes at parties tonight if Gary is not allowed inside.
NOW we know why Ryan Seacrest gave Teri Hatcher the heave-ho! The secretive American idol host is back in the arms of his exgirlfriend Shana Wall. The pair dated under the radar and off and on for the past three years. Ryan tries to keep his life private but he was spotted hooking up with Shana at The Bridge in West Hollywood on a recent Saturday night. Shana arrived early and while she was waiting, a man invited her for a drink. He said "My friend thinks you're cute." She politely declined, saying "I'm in a relationship." Ryan appeared and they sat down with Debbie Matanopolous and a few other people. Shana sat beside Ryan and although they had dinner with a group of people but it was obvious they only had eyes for each other. The restaurant waiter verified "That's Ryan's girlfriend � I've waited on them several times."
