Ryan O'Neal, 67, and his son Redmond, 23, showed up in Malibu court today, looking like they were miserable in each other's company. They were relieved that their possession of methamphetamines cases were continued until January 9. In spite of that, we're betting those family holiday dinners will be strained, at best.

Where on earth did Redmond get that red hair? Must be from waaaaaaaaaaaay back in the gene pool. And it's not colored hair either. He's had it his whole life.
Fucking up his children is the only talent Ryan O'Neal has.

Ryan O Neal is Irish so it stands to reason red hair, plus Farrah is as much, if not more to blame for the neglect and abuse of her son living with badboy hot head, stupid Ryan. All those drugs and booze they consumed over the years are giving them a hell in bad old age health.
The O'Neals' past doesn't bode well, unfortunately.
Ryan's history of violence toward Griffin and Redmond (especially his use of a handgun) indicates that he will eventually either take the life of one of his troubled sons, or he will be killed by one of them.
Some car wrecks can't be stopped, no matter what anyone does.
For "normal people", maybe the holiday dinners would be strained. I have a feeling life, such as it is, will go on as per usual in the O'Neal household. Sometime in January a lackey will note the calendar date and start trying to sober the boys up enough to stand upright in court.
