but i do know that in the summer of 1996, she came to the now defunct Riverside Park in Agawam Mass (it's now Six Flags) and she drew the biggest audiences they have ever had. She even beat out the beach boys, who used to come often to the park to perform. Also in that summer, Leanne Rimes came and Paula even beat her for audience attendance!
So she wasn't all that washed up!!

Has anyone considered that she might actually have MS or another neurological disease. Terri Garr actually allowed people to think she was a drunk rather than have them know she had MS because she would not have gotten work.

MS may cause you to slur, but it does not make you blather incoherently. Also, MS does not make you alternate between falling asleep and acting like a hyperactive crackhead on national TV. So yes, people have considered MS. And no, Paula does not have it.
