No wonder Paula Abdul is so jittery. That stalker who committed suicide outside her house has been harassing Paula for over three years with hundreds of letters, phone calls, and surprise visits. Just a week before she died, Paula Goodspeed, 30, cleverly sent flowers to Abdul with a note that read "Hope you're doing great - here's my new cell number" signed "Love, JT." When Paula learned it was NOT from her on-again off-again boyfriend JT Torregiani, she freaked. And just when it seemed the nightmare was OVER, the NY Post says the stalker's brother BLAMES Paula for sending his sister over the edge! How crazy is THAT! Let's hope mental illness doesn't run in that family.

This photo will probably raise Paula Abdul's eyebrows. Paula's on-again off-again boyfriend JT Torregiani is seen here walking with sexy Australian model Sophie Monk, outside Beso. Is he just being polite to a customer or is it something more? Beso is JT's latest business venture so it's not surprising he's nice to customers. He recently turned down The Bachelor reality series and it was speculated that he did it because he still cares for Paula. He and Paula are still more than friends, so maybe we're jumping to conclusions.

It's a Paula Abdul fashion fantasy in Las Vegas. The more we look at this outfit the less we understand what's going on here. There's a bit of pixie inspiration in the hat, and grandma's tablecloth in the dress, and Karl Lagerfeld in the gloves. Quite a combination, but she's clearly having fun in it!

Paula Abdul has every right to resent the fact that journalists are SO interested in HER reaction to the new American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi. As soon as the new judge was announced, the press jumped on Paula and ONLY Paula for her response. Are they trying to plant the seed that Paula might be replaced? Even the LA Times wrote "Move Over, Paula Abdul." No one seems to be beating on Simon Cowell's or Randy Jackson's door for a comment. It's an insult to Paula - and ALL women - to assume there would be any jealousy or insecurity on her part. As crazy as Paula is, she is an integral part of the show and viewers get a huge kick out of her. Give Paula a break.

Granted, Paula Abdul DOES look like she was dressed by a drag queen at the ALMA Awards, but it's not all bad. The jewelry belongs on a Las Vegas showgirl, but we are charmed by the ruffled fishtail dress. The ALMA people should be flattered because Paula went all out and made an effort to add glamour and a festive spirit to the event. It's good for the show. It's also rumored that Paula turned up with her restauranteur exboyfriend JT Torregiani, so it looks like it's on again with him.

You have to admit, Paula Abdul looks pretty great in this picture. And despite her wealth, she's no snob when it comes to shopping. She likes the cheap stores as much as she likes the exclusive shops. She shopped with an assistant (no bodyguards or anything like that) at the American Apparel store on Robertson last week. Paula gleefully picked out a large quantity of t shirts and tops along with some leggings She piled them up on the counter and paid without asking for a "celebrity" discount.

Paula Abdul is obviously doing something right because she has never looked better. For some reason the Neuromuscular Disease Foundation gave her an award at a charity dinner the other night - presumably she does a lot for them. She and her exboyfriend JT Torregiani are now just "friends" (they still have business ties) so she's available again.

Here's Paula Abdul looking chipper at LAX. We amazed at how dressed up she is to fly. Definitely not comfortable Skin tight jeans and those super high satin heels! Of course, she DOES have an image to live up to!

Paula Abdul discovered a whole new way to be self indulgent. According to the New York Post, Paula has a personal eyelash specialist on call whenever she needs him. (Which is pretty often!) This beauty expert by the name of Jamal Buster is a freelance eyelash expert and he comes running whenever Paula is doing a photoshoot, TV appearance, award show, or just plain going out. He applies her false eyelashes and adds rhinestones or feathers for special occasions. First eyebrow specialists, now eyelash specialists - what next?

Just when we thought Paula Abdul was going to settle down with her new boyfriend J.T. Torregiani, the romance has fizzled out. Paula and JT met when she was thinking about investing in his restaurant business. (JT and partners own many of the most popular clubs and restaurants in LA. ) She DID invest, and got along so well with JT that he moved into her house. JT generally spends evenings checking out his establishments and he's out late most nights. At first Paula went along with him, but the late hours didn't agree with her. Eventually JT packed up and moved out, but they remain friends - and business partners.

In spite of her idiosyncrasies, Paula Abdul and her boyfriend JT Torregiani are getting more and more serious. Maybe he's grown accustomed to her meltdowns. Whatever. JT is no longer clubbing every night. He used to make the rounds and visit his own places- Les Deux, Bella, Ketchup, Geisha House, etc every night until all hours. Nowadays he only occasionally pops into his clubs - and when he does, Paula is at his side. And they don't stay out late. His friends are flabbergasted.

This is absolutely the most flattering photo of Paula Abdul that we've seen in ages! She will LOVE it! She looks so young and sweet here as she walks in Beverly Hills with her boyfriend JT Torregiani, who's not in this frame. Her wavy hair has a great natural look and she appears to be tan and relaxed for a change.

In June we gave you the exclusive scoop about their new romance and it has lasted - in spite of the fact that Paula's reality series Hey, Paula revealed her to be QUITE a head case. Apparently JT's up to the challenge, although he still has those crazy eyes.

Paula Abdul doesn't want anyone to know it, but she's got a boyfriend. She's been friends with JT Torregiani (The guy in the white shirt) for months - he's a partner in The Dolce Group which owns the hottest clubs and restaurants in Hollywood. (Les Deux, Geisha House, Ketchup etc) She frequents his establishments and their friendship got flirty and turned into a romance. They just started going on actual dates a few weeks ago and Paula often tags along when he makes the nightly rounds to his places of business. Last night he threw a birthday party for Paula featuring balloons and a white limo, for 40 people at his restaurant Ketchup.

Looks like Paula Abdul needed considerable help getting herself out of Bella restaurant in Hollywood last night. And it's just amazing how good that "broken nose" looks. We just wish that dog she claims she fell over, could talk.

Another mini flip-out for Paula Abdul at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Pasadena last week. She was at the hotel to do press for American Idol and on the way out she paused to sign autographs for fans. One male fan remarked "Gee - you smell great! What IS that perfume?" Paula dropped everything and backed away, wide eyed, gasping "Someone PAID you to say that, DIDN'T they?" The guy shrugged "No, I just happen to know a lot about fragrance!" "IT'S MY NEW PERFUME!" she squealed, jumping UP and DOWN and maniacally flailing her arms about. She pulled a bottle out of her purse "This is a prototype- it's not on the market yet! Do you really like it?" Like a hurricane, she started spritzing everyone in sight , babbling loudly about what she should name the fragrance- "Idol?" Heads turned as Paula pounced and sprayed startled guests walking in and out of the hotel. Observers were taken aback by her noisy histrionics, and when she finally left, the hotel lobby REEKED. Fortunately, most people found the scent pleasant.

We never thought of Paula Abdul as a fashion icon, but hey - we know a good deal when we see one. American idol's emotional host cleaned out her closets and hauled a mountain of barely worn clothing to Celebrity Closet Raiders on Sunset Strip. Smart shoppers can buy items from Paula's personal wardrobe at a fraction of the original price. Of course, it helps if you're REALLY petite like Paula. The shop has stacks of her old designer jeans in size 26 and 27 ( they're too big for Paula now) jackets , dresses, and a big rack of T-shirts. Best of all - most of the labels are from Robertson Blvd or Montana Avenue.
