my friend's husband is dying of huntington's disease..parkinsons and alzheimers all rolled into one horrible and slow imminent death. MJF is still able to reason and think. HD sufferers eventually lose this part of their mind, and the body is wracked as well. this family, however, is against stem cell research of embryo's harvested from aborted babies or eggs from women who have chosen not to implant. they still have their own principles, beliefs and integrity. they, haven't changed their core beliefs or given up what they believe is right, just because they have personally suffered this hardship. that's called integrity..and they have the right to their vote, their belief, their opinions, just as much as you do...it's why we vote in this country-everyone's voice matters. why would you attack her right to her voice?

The government (meaning our tax dollars)shouldn't have to pay for or support everything. Look at embryo stem cell research as a new drug.
