Mickey Rourke's off-beat looks don't seem to be a drawback these days - he made four movies this year. His film "The Wrestler" premiered in Venice and Mickey turned up looking rather thrashed. It's amazing when you consider what he looked like in the beginning of his career. Remember how cool he was in "Diner?" The combination of boxing and cut-rate plastic surgery can do bad things to a face.

not to mention substantial weight gain.

Yeah, it's the boxing that ruined his face. Not the drugs and booze.

F*UCK THE MEDIA
Obama and the media are hiding his radical marxist views and has not been vetted properly by the media because they are to busy campaigning for him and his angry bride.

Someone do the compassionate thing and put Mickey down for the final count. He has had enough.

He was somewhat cute when he was younger, but you're right, the hideous plastic surgery (effed up bad job) makes him look like holy batcrap Batman...I don't think it has much if anything to do with the "boxing"...what a joke...he never really made any kind of dent in the boxing world, never made a name, or won any titles, did he? Nothing important anyway.

He's old, FAT, plastic, and definitely used up, keep him off the screens please...where's the Robert Mitchum's of the world when you need em? (Besides dead?)

The boxing? I always thought it was plastic surgery addiction.
