Isiah never was a homophobe in the first place. He's has tons of gay friends as his wife is a fashion designer, duh! What Don Imus did, he did for years and it was a long time coming. Isiah having an argument on a closed set with one individual has nothing to do with the gay community at large.

Isaiah should fit right in with the gays and feel quite comfortable. It's common knowledge in the black community for years that he is a bi gay on the DL (down low) himself. He was just doing what most black guys that are bi/gay do. Enjoy it to the max when they are having gay sex; then when they are finished they become two faced and hypocritical and talk bad about gays as if they don't do it themselves. They then go about teasing, hating, cursing, downgrading and criticising gays, and putting on this big façade. A lot of the music industry Rappers do this also. I guess it can be described as "borderline homophobic" for lack of a better word. Lol. So sometimes it eventually catches up with them and backfires on them. I guess Isaiah is trying to just keep the good side of the gays so that they don't eventually spill the beans on him. He's probably been with a few of them before and had sex with them too. So he has to keep them pacified and stay on their good side to keep his big secret. I think the incident that happened with him on the set was just what it was: an explosive heated argument. And in the spur of the moment whether he meant it or not, I guess he wanted to hurt that person right there and then in the heated moment, and he figured that word "f----t" would have done just that at that moment. We all say hurtful things to each other sometimes when we are real angry or mad with someone. After all men will be men, dosen't matter what kind of men, with all that testosterone flying around. Whew! Lol. I am bi gay and I know that sometimes whenever my bi/gay friends and I have arguments we sometimes call each other things and names. I have called, and have been called that same word many times, to known bi/gays, and by known bi/gays known to me. Whether jokingly or when angry too. Its a good way to cool off or blow off the ol' testosterone steam pool. Lol. Of course many times we forgive each other, laugh about it sometimes, forget about it like it never happened and move on, then when you check it out we are better frieinds than ever and still getting along real fine. So you see it may be too that Isaiah is not too quite comfortable with his bi/gay self as some of us are sometimes because of the way society treats us sometimes, or as I said before, it might have been that he just wanted to get the best of the argument and used a word that we know sometimes is guaranteed to hurt or embarrass or even sometimes "out" someone. Lol. Some black guys have a kind of insecure sense of things and a macho "protective of self attitude" even though insde they know that they are as gay as Boy George, Elton John, or many more too. Get the point? That's just how it is with them sometimes. But inside they really love their men and their bi/gay sex and relationships and bi/gay friends.
I think Isaiah is hot and sexy and has a nice body. I would go to bed with him any day. But having to deal with that always macho protective attitude of his manhood?! Man that's another issue! Don't know if I could deal with it being so forcefully applied and important to him all the time, especially when we would have disagreements or when we would become angry with each other for whatever reason.
