Katharine McPhee, who convinced us that she is not a scientologist, had lunch on the patio at Urth Café and couldn't resist making eyes at a cute dog sitting nearby. The pooch ambled over and was rewarded with a big kiss.

you will be seeing a hell of a lot of her next year. she has at least two movies in the works slotted for releases in the next fall and summer.

the dog is adorable. she's a cutie.
