Heidi Fleiss was seen dashing into the Four Seasons Hotel with this unknown guy. She is making things happen for herself. The good news is that Heidi is committed to appear on the next Celebrity Rehab with Dr Drew. The bad news is that her violent and temperamental boyfriend (yes, the one with the fake penis for drug testing) Tom Sizemore, has turned the show DOWN! Imagine how much fun it would have been with both of them on camera! This just in: Heidi's companion has been identified as artist Sham Ibrahim, who has been working on the HBO World of Wonder documentary about Heidi, ironically titled "Heidi Fleiss: The Would-Be Madam of Crystal." It's about her ill-fated attempt to open a brothel in Nevada.

HF has been on meth for decades and has the behavior of a sex abuse survior (see The Olsen Tweeks, Nicole Richie and Paris Hilton for younger examples). I like Dr. Drew and think he will turn her life around.
