Regarding the hair...I saw a newborn with more hair than that, so it is possible. I did see resemblence to Tom in Suri's face, but after seeing a picture of Chris, she could resemble him too. I think if Tom and Katie kept their relationship more private in the beginning than the public spectacle that it was, most of these stories wouldn't be going around.

Tom is not sterile. Nicole had an ectopic (sp?)pregnancy early in their relationship around '91 during which she almost died. This is probaly why they had to adopt.

The certificate was legal, the only thing different from Brooke's is that it was requested later and by an autorized person, but it IS LEGAL.
It was filed with the Los Angeles County Register-Recorder/County clerk and its validity was never put in question by the authority.

i am a passport agent...i look at birth certificates ALL DAY LONG...i can tell you that child would be unable to get a passport with the birth certificate posted on the web...no SIGNATURE from the vital records office...just those "initials" that have nothing to do with the name listed...

I've heard this same thing from about four different people (entertainment industry insiders, too. Not just people making it up).

The baby was 4 1/2 months old when the photos were taken, not 3 1/2. If this theory is true, then Suri would be like 8 or 9 months old now. That is just a silly thought. No one is ever happy. For what it's worth, I CAN'T STAND TOM CRUISE! It's a running joke amongst my friends, that he’s absolutely mad! But in hindsight, I think it has allot to do with his upbringing. All negativity aside about Tom Cruise's over the top recent behaviour and given the fact that he is a great actor - a true superstar: I believe the baby isn't his and possibly not even Katie's. Both parents have naturally brown hair not blue black like the baby's but yet everybody's hair is made to match. The Vanity Fair pictures seem artificial to me like something isn't right. If I'm wrong then I'm sorry for the injustice but Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes from the beginning looked like they were putting on an act and baby Suri with her older baby looks and definite Asian resemblance is bound to raise doubt.

Suri's eyes actually look most like Katies. Josh Harnett doesn't look a thing like her, and I think she looks nothing like Tom either. Could be Chris', but I agree that she does look more like a 9 month old than a 3 month old (Thanks to those for linking to REAL photos of a 3 month old). I found older pictures of Tom and he had the same almond shaped eyes as Suri. As for the baby looking "older", my daughter was born with a head full of black hair and even though she was physically smaller than the average baby of her age, she looked older because of the hair.
