christinacut_applegate_7.jpg Everybody's worried about Christina Applegate's breast cancer diagnosis but this time when doctors said her prognosis is excellent- we really believe them. Christina's mother Nancy is a breast cancer survivor and she went through some daunting years fighting the disease. Christina was always by her side. Armed with the knowledge that she might have inherited a tendency for the same disease, Christina was vigilant in having frequent exams. Her cancer was detected very early by MRI, and we're confident that she's going to be fine.

Janet when you say "we're confident that she's going to be fine." who are you referring to?

Do you blog with a team of writers and researchers or do you suffer from some kind of multiple personality disorder?

Also, do you have an expert knowledge in the field of Oncology?

Just wondering.....

God bless Christina, and I will keep her in my prayers for a full and complete recovery.

My dear friend would not be facing terminal cancer at the moment if she it had been detected much earlier. Her chance of survival would be excellent (HER2). Breast cancer, in some arenas, offer excellent prognosis if detected earlier. Hurray for Christina for having the wherewithall to diligently have herself tested on a regular basis. May this be a reminder for all the women out there to follow suit.
