Project Runway favorite Christian Siriano has been worried about how he's going to make a living. Despite his successful Bryant Park show, the economic downturn has NOT helped his business. Payless Shoes came to the rescue and signed him up to design a line of low price shoes and handbags for next season. Christian is looking on the bright side - he's grateful. He said that his fans are young and usually can't afford his designs, but now everybody will be able to buy his brand.

Project Runway season 4 winner Christian Siriano's show was a hot ticket at NY's Fashion Week. It was a small but interesting collection - many of the outfits were black skinny pants and ruffled or puffy jackets. We could picture Christian wearing most of them himself. Tim Gunn loved his designs and described Christian as "Marc Jacobs for the next generation." When Fern Mallis, who's in charge of Fashion Week, heard Tim's comment she remarked "It's a bit early to be making those assumptions."

Looks like Project Runway winner Christian Siriano has been celebrating a bit TOO much - he got himself booted out of a restaurant. Last week he was in San Francisco and turned up at Askew Grill with a group of friends. A witness told us "Christian looked like a disaster - his hair was flat and messy, he looked pale and queasy, and two friends were holding him up and helping him walk." It was only around 8 but he looked totally drunk. Restaurant patrons got very excited to see the pint-sized designer and began to mill about hoping for autographs and photos. He was hustled to a private corner on the patio and admirers were shooed away. Soon after, he leaned over and started puking into a planter! Other diners were revolted and the irate owner rushed over and ordered Christian's friends to "Get him out of here now!"

Project Runway winner Christian Siriano made a big splash on his visit to Los Angeles. He brought an array of fashions to show to his idol Victoria Beckham in anticipation of having fittings and taking orders from her. He landed a cameo playing himself on Ugly Betty, and he gushed to WWD that a woman he met at a fancy party asked him to make her wedding dress. "I took one look at her ring and was like "Let's go, girl!"

Did you ever get the feeling that Project Runway winner Christian Siriano is channeling Audrey Hepburn? Especially in the movie Funny Face. Anyway, this is Christian's boyfriend Brad Walsh who's a photographer and the editor of Junk mag online. They look like they belong together, don't they? Brad sometimes gets overwhelmed by Christians fans and fame. "People scream out his name in the street!"
