 WARNING! We're not sure why we find this report so revolting, but someone just told us that Carrot Top has been seen walking around West Hollywood with his shirt OFF. Yikes - even Matthew McConaughey doesn't do THAT! Between his well publicized trips to the Bunny Ranch and the fact that he walks around Boys Town shirtless with those plucked eyebrows, Carrot Top certainly keeps us guessing.
