Life is a nonstop vacation for Brody Jenner. Seems like he was just in Hawaii and now he's in Cabo in the penthouse at Casa Dorada. Other hotel guests are very aware of his presence. On his first day at the pool he attracted plenty of women and infuriated the boyfriends they left alone on their lounge chairs. Thursday night was party night in the penthouse as Brody and his buddies made a huge racket partying till 4 AM. Another guest complained that he could hear drunk guys hollering and girls laughing and splashing and occasional glass breaking while they frolicked in their penthouse jacuzzi "like they owned the place." Brody might have been filming for his "Bromance" reality show. (Bromance is defined as "affection shared by straight men") Management went to quiet him down and there was a burst of arguing and yelling, but the noise was over by 5.AM.

Anyone wondering what Mischa Barton has been up to might be interested to learn that after a few disastrous romances, she is focusing on her career. She spent most of the summer in Europe working and making movies. She has four or five films due to be released in 2008. Mischa has made up her mind NOT to date any more "trust fund" babies. She wants a self-made man who doesn't depend on his family for money. She felt her exboyfriends Brandon Davis and Cisco Adler were coddled and spoiled by their families and lacked ambition. Maybe that's why she turned down Brody Jenner when he asked her for a date recently!

Brody Jenner took Haylie Duff out to lunch at Le Petit Four on Sunset Plaza and he made sure they sat where everyone could see them. Brody likes to hang out with famous girls who get photographed a lot, because he's hungry for fame. As we can see, Brody is busy being important on his phone and Haylie looks cute but rather bored. We hope this doesn't turn into a romance.

Is Nicole Richie devouring a hamburger simply to please her "boyfriend" Brody Jenner - or to please the photographer documenting the incident? We still have our doubts about this relationship - especially since Brody was seen Friday night at Xenii with ANOTHER blonde. Coincidentally or not, Kristin Cavallari was also there with a group of girls but she kept her distance from Brody. Maybe Nicole was at home digesting that hamburger.

Why does 23 year old Brody Jenner still live at home? Not only because he CAN, but because his wealthy stepfather David Foster has perhaps the most magnificent and gigantic compound in Malibu, that's why. Brody's cute, but a bit of a slacker. Foster and Brody's mom Linda Thompson have apparently separated, but they're still living together - the house is so big they rarely bump into each other. David Foster is generous with his stepsons - he hosted a birthday party for Brody last weekend for 300 people. It was an all day pool party and barbecue with plenty of food and drinks. Michael Keaton and Mekhi Phiifer partied along with Kevin Federline and his entourage of buddies - but no Britney. Nicole Richie was Brody's date, but we're still not convinced this is a real romance.
