Of course, the fact that George doesn't have a female date will start up all those ridiculous gay rumors again. For the last time, GEORGE IS NOT GAY!
It seems like ALL the magazines got it wrong when they stated matter-of-factly that Angelina and Brad were having twin GIRLS! In fact she had a girl, Vivienne, and a BOY, Knox. Last night In Touch announced the birth BEFORE it happened (they got the time wrong and just about everything else) and insisted she gave birth to two girls! Sometimes these generously paid sources just don't try hard enough. For hours after In Touch made their inaccurate announcement (which was picked up all over the place,) the actual story was on the web. We're wondering if the unexpected boy raised the selling price of the baby photos to 11 million.

Even red carpets get soaking wet when it rains in Cannes Angelina Jolie learned that a floor skimming gown was a bad choice for this particular occasion. It's lucky her dress didn't rip in half when Brad stepped on it.
Everyone talks about how beautiful Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's natural child Shiloh is, and which of her famous parents she most resembles. We can't figure out why no one has pointed out that every day Shiloh becomes more of a dead ringer for her GRANDFATHER Jon Voight. He's the grandfather that Shiloh has never met because Angelina is still feuding with him. The "Midnight Cowboy" star was quite a hottie in his day.
Chris Martin was his usual unsociable self when he and Gwyneth arrived at LAX after an overseas flight this week. The paparazzi followed them through customs and he became more and more irritable. Finally one malevolent photographer sneered to the uncooperative Coldplay singer "Hey Chris, how does it feel getting Brad's sloppy seconds?" (Referring to the fact that Gwyneth dated Brad Pitt before she married Chris) Chris LUNGED at the guy and security had to grab him to keep him from throttling the rude snapper. Chris ought to learn to ignore these comments - a violent reaction provides better photos.

It's a wonderful life if you're Brad and Angelina. Above is a photo of the luxurious house they're leasing for the summer in the South of France. It has amazing views of the water from almost every window and flowers blooming all around. On one balmy day Brad and Angelina left the other kids home with the nannies and took Zahara for a helicopter ride so they could look at some properties for sale in Monaco.

Before the Jolie-Pitt family left Los Angeles for the South of France, Brad had a special experience with three year old Zahara. We told you Brad likes to spend time ALONE with each of his children to give them special attention. Brad took Zahara to The Grove to visit the American Girl store. When he walked in the salesgirls silently swooned. Brad took Zahara upstairs and had her pick out her first American Girl doll - a Bitty Baby doll that looked just like her with the same skin and hair color. It comes with a little book. Afterward he took Zahara out for her favorite ice cream and more bonding. Nice daddy, huh?

Brad and Angelina are indulging their oldest son Maddox with baseball gear and sports items but they also get him lots of toys because Angelina wants him to enjoy being a kid. They watch him to see what he's attracted to or where his skills lie, and Brad decided he might become a baseball player. But Brad and Angie were surprised by how interested Maddox is in the rebuilding of New Orleans. He's mesmerized by all the goings-on and begs for Brad to take him along whenever he goes there. Now Brad is joking that if Maddox doesn't become a ballplayer he might become an engineer.

Angelina Jolie took Maddox, Zahara, and Shiloh for a walk in New Orleans. We just hope the rumor that she's expecting a boy and a girl are true. This has to be the world's favorite family. Imagine the chaos with six kids! Pax is probably off spending some quality time with Brad - he likes to spend time alone with each of them individually.
We were happy at last to see that Jennifer Aniston's close friend Sheryl Crowe has verified everything we always insisted was true about the mythical bustup of Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston. We have always insisted that Jennifer BROKE UP with Brad - not the other way around. And it happened BEFORE Brad hooked up with Angelina Jolie. During the last year of Friends, Jen became disillusioned with her marriage and realized Brad wasn't right for her. She STOPPED trying to get pregnant. She and Brad were talking in a very civilized way about ending their relationship. When Brad started filming Mr and Mrs Smith, Angelina Jolie immediately set her sights on him, despite the fact that he was still married. She was documented flirting outrageously with Brad, who was flattered, but did not cheat on Jen. After Jen and Brad announced their amicable split, it was easy for Angelina to pounce on lonely Brad. Jen had hoped to remain close friends with Brad and her feelings were hurt when he drifted into another relationship so quickly. Brad has always been accused of cheating with Angelina and destroying his marriage but that is not how it happened. Thanks, Sheryl, for backing us up!

Angelina is a HUGE fan of Prince and the royal couple has RSVP'd the party he's having tonight at his home. It's amazing how that haircut and color job On Brad- not to mention the facial hair- combine to make him a lot less attractive than he usually is. It's gotta be for a movie, right? Really, we don't think we'd even turn around to look at him - especially if he was wearing that 3 piece Tom Cruise suit. Angelina usually is much better dressed, but maybe she's confused because she's pregnant. It only proves that even Brand and Angelina have an occasional off-night.
Behold the latest Edwin Jeans ad featuring Brad Pitt. (on the left) Brad, 44, has been doing these ads for the Japanese jean company for over ten years and he's made millions of dollars. It's an easy gig, and so lucrative he can't stop. And it's a testament to his popularity that he's probably the oldest American celebrity doing ads in Japan - they usually favor young stars. There has been some discussion about the new ad being doctored up. Some say his hips have been narrowed, others say the jeans seem too high. What do you think?

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie showed up at the Critics' Choice Awards looking like this and we fell in love with them all over again. How refreshing it is to see celebrities NOT hawking labels, or borrowing jewelry, or bragging about who designed what. They look tasteful, subtle, and elegant. Living in Europe for awhile seems to improve everyone's style.

He's keeping it a big secret for some reason, but Brad Pitt is doing a humongous Dell computer commercial set to air during the Superbowl. As a rule, Brad usually only does commercials for other countries. He has sold many items - among them Edwin jeans- in Japan. He made an exception in 2004 when Heineken beer made him such a lucrative offer that he couldn't resist doing their Superbowl ad. This time around Dell cleverly got involved with Bono and his Go Red campaign benefiting Africa. With Angelina's encouragement, Brad agreed to do the Dell ad and donate his entire salary to the charity.

Brad Pitt is VERY upset because paparazzi recognized him leaving the Beverly Wilshire hotel in spite of his leather and helmet. He's shocked because they caught him in an intersection. Brad realized he won't be able to get away with anonymity on his motorcycle rides now that everyone will know what he and his bike look like. (What kind of bike is that, anyway?) His rides were a real source of freedom for him. He could get in and out of just about anywhere if he left his helmet on long enough. Brad's eyes are pretty recognizable, though.
Let's clear this up once and for all. Brad Pitt told Larry King that his romance with Angelina Jolie started AFTER he split up with Jennifer Aniston and he never cheated on his wife. For all you doubters- he IS telling the truth! Brad and Jen had decided to end their marriage long before he hooked up with Angelina. Long beforeFriends ended, Jennifer decided she wasn't happy being married to Brad and had stopped trying to have a baby with him. It was Jennifer's idea to split up. They were figuring out how to end it gracefully when he started filming Mr & Mrs Smith with Angelina. Angelina immediately set her sights on Brad and shamelessly turned on the charm. Brad was flattered but he didn't reciprocate until he and Jen separated. Brad has never been a playboy or a cheater - in fact he's one of the few faithful guys in Hollywood. Just ask Gwyneth Paltrow.
In case anybody believes those stories about Brad and Angelina having unmarital "problems," we've got evidence that they're closer than ever. Brad attempted to buy a Hollywood Hills estate that he felt would be the perfect place to raise kids. Brad already owns a compound in the hills, but years ago he and Jennifer Aniston had looked at the Will and Ariel Durant estate at the top of the same hill. The 1923 home with expansive grounds was considered to be an exquisite example of Spanish Colonial architecture and much coveted. Jen wasn't thrilled with it, so they passed. But Brad never forgot about the amazing house and recently he approached the current owner and offered 8 million for the place although it wasn't for sale. The owner was flattered, but he wouldn't budge. Brad was crushed, but he turned his attention to his own compound down the hill. He's refurbishing the place to make it child-friendly.

Since Melissa Etheridge is showing off her new twins, we are again inspired to speculate about paternity. In 1997 Melissa's then-partner Julie Cypher gave birth to a daughter named Bailey and a year later their son Beckett was born - also by in vitro fertilization. The father was identified as drug addled, overweight musician Dave Crosby, who also had a liver transplant. At the time Melissa was best friends with Brad Pitt and the idea of HIS providing sperm had been discussed. We still contend that Brad is the REAL father of her babies and they identified Dave to throw everybody off the scent. We have yet to see a picture of these two older kids to see if they resemble Brad - but we bet they do. The new twins (Melissa's current partner Tammy Lynn Michaels is the mom) are a toss-up - they might be Brad's or they might not. But they ARE awfully cute.
If Brad Pitt has been looking a little rough around the edges since he started his globe-trotting adventures with Angelina Jolie - there's a good reason. He lost his hair's "best friend" - his hairdresser Chris McMillan. Jennifer Aniston is close friends with Chris and she always brought her boyfriends to get haircuts from him. Chris kept Brad looking great until the marriage busted up. Jen asked Chris not to keep Brad as a client and Chris cooperated. Now Brad goes to Angelina's hairdresser. Most interesting, is the fact that Jennifer did NOT ban Vince Vaughn from Chris McMillan's salon. Although she brought Vince there, Jen is still friendly with her ex Vince and doesn't mind if Chris works on him. It convinces us that Jen is a LONG way from having any kind of friendship with Brad.

If you've been wondering what in the world Angelina Jolie bought Brad Pitt - the man who has everything - for Christmas, we've got the answer. Clever Angelina knows her man loves modern art - and has, in his collection, a smirking mug shot silkscreen of Steve McQueen done by English artist Russell Young. It's very Warhol inspired. Since Brad is particularly fond of Young's colorful work (and so are WE,) Angelina bought him two more prints from the celebrity mug shot collection. In our opinion she selected the cream of the crop - Sid Vicious and Frank Sinatra. We all know what Sid was arrested for, but we were surprised to learn that Frankie was arrested for "adultery" in 1938.
Maybe the holiday season has actually softened us up - we can't resist showing you this exceptional photo of the Jolie-Pitt family either reading or picnicking. Usually they're photographed rushing through an airport so this is a relaxing change. It's a great family portrait.
The Sports Club LA in Beverly Hills was abuzz last week with the rumor that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie had requested that the club shut down for a few hours so they could work out and not be bothered. Supposedly the club was flattered by the request, but turned them down! Members of the busy club were impressed that Brad and Angelina's considerable star power wasn't enough to get paying members locked out of the gym. We can't help but wonder if the club management deliberately leaked the story just to make themselves look good!
Jennifer Aniston has made thinly veiled references to the fact that she's happy to be with a guy who isn't focused on his personal appearance. Her new beau Vince Vaughn is generally oblivious about his looks. Few people realize it, but Jen's ex Brad Pitt, is one of the vainest actors in Hollywood. Not necessarily obnoxious, just OBSESSED with his looks. What OTHER actor do we know of who travels with his makeup artist to make sure his slightly flawed skin is prettied up to the max at all times? Brad is extremely fussy about his hair he spends HOURS in the salon chair getting perfect highlights. And they'd better be in the right places he's been known to go home and decide that an important strand of hair was overlooked and go back for more! Even Brad's funky wardrobe is no accident- like many female stars, he has a full time stylist shopping for him. Guess living up to the title Sexiest Man Alive is hard work. Wonder how Angelina feels about fighting for the mirror.
