It's amazing the insults that Jennifer Aniston has to endure. Entertainment magazines have absurdly claimed that she was "making wedding plans" with EVERY guy she's dated since divorcing Brad Pitt - the latest "future husband" being John Mayer. As if that isn't embarrassing enough, now the mags are saying she's anxious about her upcoming fortieth birthday so she had her lips enhanced. The so-called lip enlargement is illustrated with these photos. Clearly, she simply is holding her mouth differently in the two photos and her lips look exactly the same. Give her a break.
Who knew that Melanie Griffith and John Waters were so fond of each other? John and Melanie have been friendly since she starred in his movie "Cecil B DeMented" in 2000, and she described him as "one of the twenty great film makers alive today." Recently, John told Sara Stewart at the NY Post that he had been thinking about getting his pencil thin mustache tattooed on, but Melanie advised him not to. "She said she had something tattooed on and it didn't last." It's just funny to imagine John Waters getting beauty tips from Melanie Griffith. We wonder if Michael Jackson is still getting his eyebrows, eyeliner, and lips tattooed on.

Rachel Bilson is a sucker for a cute dog and so are we. Here she is devoting an afternoon to her rescued pup Thurman Merman. Rachel and a buddy took their dogs for canine beautification and then to a pet store for loads of treats.
Sarah Jessica Parker looks adorable in this publicity photo (at left) for her new Sex and the City movie. Note that her distinctive mole had been all but airbrushed away. (Is it really a mole? If it's raised and has no pigment, that sounds like a wart to us.) To be kind we will call it a mole, and it has been a point of dissention. Most professionals think Sarah should have the distracting flaw removed and it would improve her looks. Especially on the big screen. But she's so sweet that nobody wants to be unkind and point it out to her. Maybe she'll get the hint from these new photos.

This beauty expert by the name of Jamal Buster is a freelance eyelash expert and he comes running whenever Paula is doing a photoshoot, TV appearance, award show, or just plain going out. He applies her false eyelashes and adds rhinestones or feathers for special occasions. First eyebrow specialists, now eyelash specialists - what next?
Why do rich girls like Nicole Richie patronize these discount nail salons ? Not only is it doubtful that the overworked non English speaking manicurists have any sort of training or license, but sanitation of equipment is highly suspect. And the heavy chemical smells from other clients' nail procedures can be sickening. That's what you get for $9.00. And don't forget the lack of privacy - a perfect photo op!
