Nicole Richie was plastered on every magazine cover when she was at her thinnest, and boney Kate Bosworth became a hot photo commodity also. Nicky was pretty much overlooked until she recently started paring off the pounds.

Hollywood is speculating about why Eva Mendes checked herself into Cirque Lodge in Utah for substance abuse problems. Insiders say "Eva has always been cool, never overindulged in public" and the one thing she struggled with was her weight. Kirsten Dunst checked into the same rehab looking thin as a toothpick. Just about every female celebrity arrested from Paris to Nicole, Lindsay, along with Britney Spears, has had prescription Adderall (which is prescribed for ADHD) in her purse. In Hollywood this drug is not used for ADHD, it's a form of Dexedrene and it keeps one awake while killing the appetite. (College students love it.) Pills are indiscriminately popped like aspirin day and night. Recently we've learned that they are very addictive and can cause all kinds of craziness. Just maybe, this explains why so many Hollywood women are having behavior problems

We are quite surprised to hear that Paris Hilton's jailers haven't figure out that she is NOT taking the drug Adderall because she actually has ADD (attention deficit disorder.) Are they the only people who don't know that every thin actress in this town gulps Adderall by the handful because it has a great side effect - it makes them lose weight! It's the hottest new DIET PILL on the market! Hello! Every $10,000 handbag you see on the arm of a skinny celebrity contains Adderall and cigarettes. Think about it. Paris's costar and best friend Nicole Ritchie also pretends to have ADD and takes the drug. It's not illegal if you convince your doctor you have ADD - and that's not hard to do. Amazing how the police are the last to know.
